The Badiene Magaziner Vocal Studio has a strict cancellation policy.
Lessons must be cancelled BY EMAIL ONLY (erikswishNY@gmail.com) by 11 am – 2 days prior to lesson day.
This policy gives the MVS ample time to try to fill the cancellation by sending a blind copy group email to all MVS members.
PLEASE REMEMBER that cancellations by TEXT or by MENTIONING A CANCELLATION IN LESSONS are NOT accepted…….ONLY BY EMAIL.
Charges may be incurred for lessons cancelled for any reason less than 2 days prior by 11am.
You MUST GET CONFIRMATION from Badiene that she has received your cancellation email for charges not to be incurred. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please resend an email and follow up by text. It is incumbent on the student or parent to obtain the confirmation in order not to incur the lesson fee.
As a member of the Magaziner Vocal Studio, if you are working primarily with one or more MVS Licensees, YOU MUST TAKE A CHECK-IN LESSON WITH BADIENE AFTER EVERY 8 TO 10 LESSONS with the Licensee.
In the event of an MVS Licensee leaving the Magaziner Vocal Studio, we will guide you to another highly skilled MVS Licensee, most suitable to your needs and personality.
Please remit PAYMENT BEFORE YOUR LESSON begins. Payments are accepted via authorize.net with the link on the www.Voice-Teacher.com website.
RESUME POLICY:
When updating your resume, please acknowledge all MVS instructors by using the following verbiage. It is also most important that you include the start date.
Example: Badiene Magaziner Vocal Studio, (insert name of primary MVS instructors) for example Badiene Magaziner, Charlotte Surkin, Voice Teachers, (insert name of all other instructors) for example, Jillian Zack, Vocal Coach, (insert first lesson date – present) (12/19-present).

Please note that all recommendations must be done in lessons only, so make sure to plan and book lessons accordingly.
Please make sure to have all Colleges, Commonapp, etc. emails and their links BEFORE the day that Badiene will be writing the recommendation letter as she may need your help in accessing the Apps and your input in writing the letter.
If necessary, I give full permission for instructors of the Magaziner Vocal Studio to record lessons for teaching purposes only.
